Help us raise $6K for Championship Rings!

Ferris State athletics instills great pride in our university community, and leaving a lasting positive impression on our student athletes is a top priority. When a team’s hard work results in a championship season, it’s important those memories are cherished.

A great way to foster pride in our university community, engage supportive alumni and set a foundation for giving back is to award championship rings to deserving teams. Championship rings are tokens that remind those awarded that they are – and will always be – a Bulldog. Please help us cultivate our championship culture and appreciation for our student athletes by contributing to our 2017 Championship Ring Campaign. For $234, you can put a ring on a champions’ finger, capturing the season’s memories in a lasting keepsake, and securing a lifetime of loyalty from a Ferris Bulldog.

I chose to come to Ferris State for the championship tradition and the family atmosphere. I love the coaches and the closeness of the team. Before I came to Ferris, I never had the opportunity to cut down the nets—this year I got to do it twice. Having our championship rings would be a visual representation of all the hard work we put in during the season.

I am a junior and I play point guard for the Ferris State University basketball team. I fell in love with the game of basketball at a young age. When teachers asked, “What do you want to be when you grow up?,” I gave the same answer every single time, “Be a professional basketball player.”  Having three older brothers who all went to play collegiate basketball was motivation for me. I wanted to be not only just like my big brothers, but better. Coming out of high school I was not highly recruited, but I was blessed to receive an offer from Coach B. and Ferris State University. They took a chance on a small town kid from Romeo, and I owe all the championships, accolades and accomplishments in these past three years here to him, his staff and my teammates.

I am glad I chose Ferris State to play basketball because I love my teammates and I love playing here. The atmosphere is great and I will remember my experience forever.

One way to help remember my experience here is with a championship ring.

A championship ring symbolizes the great achievements our team has made throughout the year. Any support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I’m glad I came to Ferris because it was always my dream to play college basketball. A ring would mean a lot to me because I would want to show my kids and younger family members all the things I accomplished.

I am a Redshirt Freshman on the basketball team. I am a part of this team because I love the game and the coaches gave me the opportunity to play and attend Ferris. Your support will help us get the championship rings we earned by winning the GLIAC conference!
